HRO Marketplace in 2009

Insightful read posted on HRO Today that takes a look at the HRO marketplace in 2009.  One particular sentence caught my attention.  “Moreover, in wanting to cut costs, buyers may also be growing more accepting of standardized solutions with fewer customizations.”  In addition, this article notes some of the larger wins in the past year.  More notably for IBM and the win on Bristol Myers-Squib.
