			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Insightful read posted on HRO Today that takes a look at the HRO marketplace in 2009.  One particular sentence caught my attention.  &#8220;Moreover, in wanting to cut costs, buyers may also be growing more accepting of standardized solutions with fewer customizations.&#8221;  In addition, this article notes some of the larger wins in the past year.  More notably for IBM and the win on Bristol Myers-Squib.</p>
